We would like to introduce a case of surface treatment that prevents the sticking of fluorine rubber and improves product productivity. ■Problem In the process of punching and cutting fluorine rubber sheets, the sheets were fixed with a pressing plate to prevent them from shifting during punching. However, the rubber sheets would stick to the pressing plate, causing the sheets to shift, wrinkle, and resulting in trouble with maintaining their fixed position. ■Background The customer was using a coating with a textured surface from another company on the pressing plate, but it was not sufficiently preventing adhesion, and the issues with rubber sticking persisted, leading them to consult us. ■Adopted Coating Super Alloy Coating ■Adoption Process and Effects At Yoshida SKT, we prepared test pieces and had the customer try out the adhesion of the actual rubber sheets.
